Solving the Painted Puzzle

I paint almost everyday and when I can’t paint, I think about painting. It’s important for me to do so whether I feel like it or not. Some days I might not feel inspired, but I still paint. I might not like the outcome, but I still paint. Before I go to sleep I think about how much I accomplished, and what I can do to improve upon my technique. When spirit wakes me up at 3:15 am with inspiration, I make a mental note and store it away for later; sometimes I actually get up to answer the call. When I wake up I think about my current works in progress and what new ideas I have brewing. Are these the ravings of a mad woman? Maybe? I feel like I’m always trying to solve a colorful puzzle, and that puzzle is never-ending. I’m a dreamer; always have been…perhaps that’s why I do what I do. I just can’t help myself. It’s 4:18 am now, I should probably try to get a couple more hours of sleep. Goodnight 🥱.

Never stop dreaming and whatever you do, never stop creating. Peace, love and creative blessings all ✌🏽😎.

This picture was taken a month before the big chop. Why I didn’t post it sooner is beyond me 😳🥴.
